Aadi maasam is the fourth month in today Tamil date panchang. It is considered as most inauspicious month especially for weddings. That’s why tamilians don’t do marriages in Aadi maasam. For farmers, it’s a preparation season for cropping their farms. Maybe that’s why they avoid doing big events on Aadi maasam. For some people Aadi is worst season but for some it’s an auspicious month like according to Hindu panchang, Aadi is a major month where many festivals fall and also it’s a great time for a businessman. According to Today Tamil date, Aadi is bad month for newlywed couples and for avoiding any circumstances that can harm their relation, newlywed tamilians are not allowed to sleep together as it says that if a woman gets pregnant on Aadi, then there will be huge chances that she will face lots of difficulties at the time of delivery.
Thai month
Thai is the tenth month that falls in mid January of Tamil panchangam. For tamilians, Thai month is very auspicious Today Tamil date for celebrating major events like wedding. This month is like a gift for a Tamil community who lives in different parts of the country. In this month, the tamilians gifts new clothes to their family and do prayers to god for maintaining their family’s happiness and prosperity. It says that Thai month is the best time for married couples and that may be the reason behind the marriages that mostly occur during Thai months.
Purattaasi month
Puttaraasi month is considered as the most auspicious month for a tamilian. These are six long months that are devoted to the lord veneketswar or god perumal. Today Tamil date says Puttaraasi month is famous because in this month lord veneketswar appeared for saving the universe from evils at the end of the kali youg. The tamilians celebrate this month with great enthusiasm and they thank god for giving them a happy life and pray for the good.
