Generally when you consult a panchangam or a daily calendar, you will see that Rahu kalam happens between 7:30am and 9am on Monday. The given time is under the assumption that the sunrise time is 6am. So, if the sunrise is earlier than that, the rahu kalam time will be fall in an earlier time slot. Similarly, if the sun rises later than 6am, it will push the rahu kalam to a later time block.

For example, if the sun rises at 6:30am on a Monday, then the rahu kalam time will be between 8am and 9:30am on that day.
